About Share Value Calculator

Share Value Calculator is a set of free calculators and a library of per-share figures taken from companies' annual reports to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. It exists so you can check a standard formula by hand, plug in your own assumptions and see where the numbers come from.

What it does not do

• It does not show share prices, targets, ratings or rankings.
• It does not tell you whether to act on any security or what any security is worth.
• It does not forecast. Growth and discount rates in a discounted cash flow are always yours.

Who runs it

An independent publisher of calculators and public data, not a broker, adviser or research firm, and not connected to the SEC or any company shown. Where each number comes from, and how it is calculated, is set out on the data and method page.

Corrections

If a figure differs from the filing, tell us the page and the filing line. We check it against the SEC data and fix confirmed errors.
